STEP 1

STEP 2

Sign up for a membership.

If you’re new to CrossFit, you’ll start out in our On-Ramp Program to get familiar with movements & techniques before jumping into CrossFit classes.


STEP 3

Schedule 1 on 1 intro session with one of our coaches.

We will reach out to you to schedule a 1 on 1 intro session with a coach where you’ll get an introduction to the gym, the class structure, and an overview of movements and how we can modify workouts to fit you where you’re at.


STEP 4

Start attending CrossFit classes! Check out our class schedule.
